Open to all artists working in water-based media on unvarnished paper. This includes transparent and opaque watercolors, acrylics, casein, egg tempera, gouache and ink. All work must be comprised of at least 90% watermedia and of original design and execution. The exhibition will be at the View Arts Center in Old Forge (NY). An artist may submit up to five works. The non-refundable fee is $40 for two works and $10 for each additional. Entries will be juried from JPEG images submitted online. The jurors are Carolyn Lord, NWS and Chris Krupinski, AWS-DF, NWS.
